Refund and Return Policy                                                                                      We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and must also be in the original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at w.haney@wadelineproducts.com Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Refunds ( if applicable )                                                                                          Once your return is received, inspected and approved then your refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Surfaces are not finished and may have minor visible fabrication scuff marks.


Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Shipping                                                                                                                    To return your product, you should mail your product to: Wadeline Products LLC, 10278 New Haven Rd. Harrison, Oho 45030. You will be responsible for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insuance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your retuned item.
